Dream on the barrier that divides

Dream on two categories of New Testament ministers and a vision of the Lord

Our dear sister, Donna Rodriquez from the USA, who is our co-worker and a group manager with our InJesus ministry, sent me the following message of edification.  In this message, she also narrated two dreams seen by her during April 2005.

"Much prayer and financial support to get the gospel out to India is going forth and we pray that the hearts of many will be transformed by God's Holy Spirit so that idols will come down and bondages are broken setting the captives free to worship the One True God, Jesus Christ.  We pray for the missionaries around the world who are being persecuted and killed for the sake of Christ, for those who have suffered much we ask for strength to continue the work God has placed before them, for the families who have lost loved ones we pray for the comfort of the Holy Spirit to fill their hearts and give them peace and that every need be met, spiritual, physical, financial etc..  Father, we ask You in the precious name of Your Son Jesus to help our precious brothers and sisters and give us a heart like yours to extend to them Your love and compassion.  If you give a cup of water in my name……… Break our hearts, Lord, with the things that break Your heart and teach us to be more like You!  Thank You Lord for hearing us today and moving Your Mighty hand on our behalf for Your name's sake   JESUS  the name above every name!

Several nights ago this dream came to me and I would like to share it with you".

First Dream of Sister Donna

"This dream takes place in a building that I believe was a church not like an ordinary church with regular pews but with chairs in a semi circle.  I saw two men standing on what appeared to be a small platform that had a spotlight on it so I could see the men clearly.  One of them was wearing a black suit with a tie, well dressed and was preaching on the effects of sin, that's the impression I got.  There were a few people sitting on the chairs and I noticed that it was rather dim because I could not see their faces very well but I could see them nodding their heads from time to time.  The other man was wearing a white shirt with black trousers  but without shoes and tie.  I could see something on his sleeve but could not make out what it was so I came in closer.  This part is weird because I was as if suspended or floating above all that was happening.  As I took a closer look at the man in the white shirt I saw that it was blood on his sleeve and where he was bleeding his shirt was ripped and I noticed that he was staggering; he was trying to preach his message as well and it sounded like the other preacher was drowning him out.   End of dream.

I am disheartened with what I have seen on television how many preachers stand as the voice of God and put heavy burdens on the people saying incredulous things that God has not said.  May the Lord have mercy on us and lead us in His Truth.   Lord let us know truth in our inward parts and give us pure hearts that we not sin against You or Your precious word".

Interpretation:

Sister Donna did not see the normal church building with its pews etc.  But Sister Donna saw a church with chairs in a semi circle. This church is typical of a body ministry of the New Testament.  Chairs are meant for all the people of God. All the people of God have some positions to occupy in the New Testament church. The chairs are placed in a semi circle. This means that all the occupants of these chairs can interact with one another. This shows the horizontal fellowship with one another in the New Testament Church. The pews and the pulpit are done away with.

Sister Donna then saw a small platform that had a spotlight on it. This shows that these ministers of God are ministering under the New Covenant.  They are both on a small platform. This means that both of them are doing their respective ministries to be viewed by others.  A platform is prophetically meant for revealing the ministers to the world.

These two men seen by Sister Donna represent two categories of ministers.  One of them wears a black suit and dressed up smartly.  This means that ministers of this category lead a luxurious life.  A black suit is very costly and is meant for the rich.  This minister wears also a tie. He can be compared to the rich man in the parable of Lazarus who “was clothed in purple and fine linen” (Luke 16:19).  The few people on the chairs were listening to him and nodding their heads.  The people on these chairs are not holding any positions of authority in the church.  Since the chairs are placed in a semi circle and since there are no pews, these people are supposed to perform their ministries. But they are simply listening to sermons being preached by the preacher in the black suit. It was dim there.  This shows that this minister has his ready made audience wherever he goes to minister. The people in the audience simply listen to him and do not question him when he preaches something wrong.  They simply nod their heads like robots.  They want to be in the pews though there were no pews.  They convert their chairs of authority into the pews and just listen to “sermons”. Sister Donna could not see their faces.  The place where they were sitting was dim. This shows that these people have a name that they live but are dead (Rev. 3:1).

The other minister seen by Sister Donna represents another category of ministers.  This man wears a white shirt with black trousers. This minister leads a very simple life without a suit, a tie and even shoes. He is known for his simplicity. He wears only a white shirt.  This shows he leads a holy life. He wears black trousers.  The black trouser represents his tough character because he does not compromise the truth of the Word.  Normally black trousers are worn by those who are in the combat army.  A soldier of the army loves to die for his nation and never compromises with the alien nation just for a handful of barleys. This minister is a holy person as well as a brave soldier.

The first man was preaching on "the effects of sin" but does not lead a life style which is of the New Testament standard. He leads a luxurious life but preaches on sin.  He has all the talents and resources to preach the gospel.  He imitates a New Testament minister and impresses his audience that he is indeed a New Testament minister by virtue of his oratory “on the effects of sin”.

The second man leads a simple life with no luxury. He struggles in his ministry to preach the truth. He is being buffeted and persecuted with the result that he bleeds. He only bleeds and does not preach.  He is resisting unto blood, striving against sin (Heb.12:4).  He does not have any ready made crowd or audience. His message is through his blood, and not through his oratory. He was staggering to preach. The other preacher does not allow him to preach but the Holy Spirit does bring out his message through his blood i.e. sufferings and persecutions.

Sister Donna saw this minister did not have his shoes.  His feet have to be shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace (Eph.6:15).  Without shoes, we cannot expect him to go to different places for preaching the gospel of peace. We have to provide him the shoes. Jesus commanded His disciples to “wear sandals” (shoes) “for the journey” for the purpose of doing their ministry (Mark 6:10). If he is a soldier of Christ in a combat army who wears the black trousers, where are his shoes?  Unless we provide him "the shoes", how can he preach the gospel, climbing the mountains in many nations?

The other minister in the black suit is drowning him out. This shows that the minister in the black suit is attracting the crowd to him through his oratory with the result that the ministry of the true minister is drowned.  But the minister in the white shirt and black trousers is attracting only a few through his blood.  Sister Donna is symbolical of a remnant in the Body of Christ who perceive the truth and who listen to the Spirit of truth.  .Sister Donna took a closer look at the man in the white shirt and saw that it was blood on his sleeve and where he was bleeding his shirt was ripped. It is only a few people like Sister Donna who take a closer look at the true ministers in the Body of Christ. On seeing the blood on the sleeve of this minister, they get the message.  They do not hear him but witness his holy life and his life of suffering and persecution.

Both these preachers are on the same platform.  It is through the gift of discernment and through the Spirit of the truth, we will be able to identify the true minister, and to expose the false minister.

Second Dream of Sister Donna

"Yesterday I was in prayer and reading through the book of Acts --- so much of what sister Khandaliese wrote about in her article posted yesterday.   Anyway as I was in prayer I had this vision of the Lord (Praise His Holy Name) I did not see His face but I saw Him in the clouds suspended in the Heavens holding His hands out   I could see His garments.  He was wearing a blue outer garment over a white garment     He was holding out His hands and I could see He had something in each hand.  At first I could not make it out   then I realized He was holding keys.   Has he not said that He has given us the keys of the Kingdom?  Many of us are not using them or don’t know how to use them or we use them inappropriately".

Interpretation:

The vision seen by Sister Donna of the Lord is a true vision because this vision has a prophetic message. Any vision which does not convey a prophetic message but merely puffs the man who has seen such vision is not of the Holy Spirit.  The Lord did not show His face but only His garments and Hands. The outer blue colored garment which He wears is the robe of His righteousness by which He covers His Body, the universal Body of Christ. The Lord does not reveal His face but His Body, the universal Church. This shows that He has given all His authority to the Church. Under the New Covenant, the Church, and not any political state on this earth,  represents Christ Jesus The inner white garment shows the hidden holiness of the Church which reflects the holy lives of the members of His body. A saint's holiness is on his inner life which cannot be seen through the carnal eyes of other people.  His/her life is hidden in Christ.

What is in the Hands of the Lord? Since He has not revealed it, we cannot say that these were the keys. It may be His cup of wrath on the disobedient and His cup of blessings on the obedient in the Church, the Body of Christ. In other words, it may be His judgment on the disobedient and His blessings on the obedient.

Dream on the barrier that divides

A dear sister in Christ, namely Khandielese, from the USA forwarded to me a dream seen by another sister in Christ. The dreams are in parts. Please read my interpretations prayerfully.

Part-I

I am in a swamp in a jungle. It is dark but there is enough light to see. There are a few hundred people with me.

Interpretation:

This swamp represents a place of trials and tribulations into which a child of God is thrown. You are not alone in this swamp but a few hundred people are also there. The light shows the presence of God.

Part-II

We all have yellow rafts in a donut shape and we are hanging onto them for dear life. We are floating in formation in lines. My son is behind me in the second line. In the swamp all around us we see snakes in the water brushing up against us, leaches and mosquitoes are everywhere.

Interpretation:

Yellow rafts are the provisions of God for taking care of us when we are in this swamp. Yellow represents prosperity or miracles. The son you see here represents the people under your pastoral care. Snakes represent evil spirits; many evil spirits attack the people of God when we are in this swamp.

Leaches represent the self-centered people around you who want to taste the good things in your life. They do not need you but your good things only. They may be your kith and kin. They are like parasites. Mosquitoes represent those people around you who attack you and poison your body. They are false prophets and false teachers.

Part-III
.
We can hear exotic birds, monkeys and lions roar in the jungle. As we are floating towards land it looks like an Island we see a rock barrier that divides the water. This barrier where the line is drawn separates the swamp water from what appears to look like ocean water.

Interpretation:

Exotic birds are those ministers of God who bring us words of prophecy to us from the heaven. Monkeys are those servants of God who minister to us with selfish motives. They covet our tithes and offerings. Lions are those servants of God who roar like lions, representing the Lion of Judah. These servants of God perform great deliverance ministries. When we are in this swamp, we come across all these types of ministers in the jungle.

The land which you see here is the Promised Land where God gives us a ministry. The rock barrier protects us from the water once we enter this island. After a child of God has come out of this swamp, a ministry awaits him/her. This swamp water suddenly looks like ocean water. In fact you were in the ocean water only. But the Loving Father showed this great water only as a swamp so that you could travel in the raft and reach the shore without fear. Had you seen the sea water with its waves, you would not have dared to reach the shore. The Loving Father shows you this ocean only at the end. The rock barrier which you see now will not allow you to go back to the same waters.

Part-IV

We cannot get past this barrier without facing this massive wave directly in front of us. Starting at the sand beach a huge wave several stories high full of light develops and heads right at us. This seems strange to me because the wave is reversed. Beginning inland and heading out.

Interpretation:

As you approach the shore, you face a massive wave. This is the height of your trails and tribulations. At last the wave was reversed. It did not harm you. When God sends us the waves like this in our life, these waves push us upward towards the Heaven and not downward.

Part-V

Everyone looks concerned they begin to doubt that we cannot face this huge wave without dieing. I begin telling the people yes we can! God is with us and he will not destroy us. I see hope rise up in the people with me they become more confident.

Interpretation:

In the dream, you told the people, "God is with us and He will not destroy us". You have to comfort those who are passing through the trials and tribulations in their lives with this message.

Part-VI

I tell them we need to time the intervals between the waves. This wave was on a set timed course. I sit and begin counting one one thousand, two two thousand etc... Then I tell the people when I count to three start paddling.

Interpretation:

We have to tell the people that they should be patient while traveling in the yellow rafts. The people have to count the number of days of their sufferings. A day of hope will definitely dawn on them one day.

Part-VII

The wave develops and comes right at all of us in the first line. We are determined now our faces are set. We start paddling and the wave goes right over us and we go through the wave untouched. It was hollow and peaceful inside the wave.

Interpretation:

The tidal wave that was about to destroy you passed over you. You were untouched. The Word of God says that we pass through water, He is with us. This tidal wave was sent by our Loving Father. As we face it, we would be safe inside this.

Part-VIII

We get on the beach and I yell to those next in line to face the massive wave to start counting. I knew they would make it in my spirit. All of us gather together who are on the sand beach.

Interpretation:

Ultimately, all those suffering in the swamp and traveling in the rafts are gathered together on the sand beach.

Part-IX

We decide we need to set up camp on the Island so we begin walking. As I begin walking, I notice my feet where ever I step on the sand it lights up. I am amazed by this and I stare down at my feet as I am walking. My path is lit up.

Interpretation:

God tests us through trials and tribulations and puts us into the ministry. As you reach the sand beach, you receive the light of God there. Setting up a camp means beginning a ministry.

Part-X

Native people on the Island are all around us but they do not seem to be concerned about us. We walk for about a mile looking for a place to set up camp. We finally find a safe spot everyone starts to sit down and rest.

Interpretation:

You are now ministering to the native people on the island. God takes you to many nations to minister to the native people there after you have been entrusted with a ministry. You may not get the required support from the people in these nations. You have to walk for about a mile looking for a place to set up your camp. "A mile" means a year. You are now setting up a camp there. This shows that in other nations where you are called to preach the gospel or to minister, you are setting up some establishments.

Part-XI

A short time later the second group of people begins to show up. There was a lady in the group that called out my name and she said... Sherry, your son did not make it I have his raft but the wave killed him.

Interpretation:

The second group of people is those who are in another group. Here, you see a body ministry. In the first group are also some people whom the Lord gathered together on the sand beach. The second group is also another group of people who pass through the same swamp with their life rafts.

Part-XII

I began screaming out NO! This is not so he is NOT dead he is alive. This is not how God works he is LIFE. So I began running back to where the wave was. I saw the wave still forming and as I looked out in the swamp, there were formations of people in the hundreds all on yellow rafts.

Interpretation:

Your son was not in your group but in another group. You cannot expect your son i.e. the people to whom you minister to be in your group. For example, the pastor of a church who ministers to some people in his church might have left his church and joined another church. The pastor concerned should continue to have great concern for that particular person who has left his church. You are now crying out for your son.

You see hundreds of people in yellow rafts in the ocean. All of them have yellow rafts. The yellow rafts are God's provisions for His people in this wilderness i.e. in this swamp.

Part-XIII

I passed a native man and I said is there a place you put the wounded on the Island? He said yes, the people killed by the wave are put in the hut over there and later we bury them. He pointed me in the right direction.

Interpretation:

The native man here represents a co-worker with you in the ministry in the nation where you are required to minister. He helps you find out those people wounded by the tidal waves. The tidal waves sent by the Loving Father judges those people who do not obey Him. For those who obey Him these tidal waves simply lift them up and do not harm them. You find many people judged by these tidal waves. Your co-worker helps you to find out those judged by God in that nation. Many people die physically due to divine judgment. Annanias and Saphhire were disciples of the Lord but were judged by God for they lied to the Holy Spirit. Judgment begins at the House of God.

Part-XIV

He said why do you ask?
I said I am looking for my son. The man was asking me what he looked like and he said he had not seen him. I went into the wrong hut it was a bathroom the native people used.

Interpretation:

Though your son was not with you in the first line, yet you loved him and looked for him. This should be attitude of the present day pastors or ministers of God. They should love the people in other denominational churches or in other nations also. You went into the wrong hut to look for your "dead" son. You thought your son was dead due to divine judgment. The bathroom represents a place of divine refreshment. It is a place where a person judged by God is revived. It is supposed to be neat and tidy. It is the responsibility of the keepers to keep it neat and tidy.

Part-XV

The bathroom was filthy dirty urine and feces were on the floor it smelled horrid. I looked in the next hut and there was my son laying on a bed. He was crying.

Interpretation:

The bathroom that is in a very bad condition as described above shows that nobody performs a ministry of restoration. If a child of God is judged by God, we have to minister to the child of God concerned with the words of prophecy and with tears. If we intercede for a child of God facing divine wrath, standing in the gap, God may forgive the child of God concerned and may restore him/her.

Part-XVI

I hugged him told him I loved him I was so relieved God spared his life but inside my spirit I know he would. I thanked God and told my son you see the Lord saved you from death. He said, yes I know. As we held each other the dream ended.

Interpretation:

The end is very good. It is a happy end. Your son who was judged by God was revived to life because of your concern and because of your tears. God saved him from death because of your concern for him. This is what is required in the Body of Christ.
